Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to exercise your lower body with curtsy lunges. To perform this exercise, take a large lunge forward while sinking your hips low. Pick up the trailing foot and sweep it behind the planted leg, like a curtsy. Tap the toe of the back leg to the ground, then swing that foot out to the side and lunge step your foot forward and perform the next curtsy lunge. This move can be done stationary working one leg for a bunch of reps, then switching. Or you can do it moving forward, alternating legs.
