How to do Cable Crosses - Pectorals Exercise

The cable cross is a chest exercise where you pull down the cables in front of you and let your forearms touch each other. This leads to an extreme contraction of your pectoralis muscles and increases the definition of your chest. It's recommended to do the cable cross exercise at the end of your workout.
