Do butts to eagles to donkeys for a full body workout

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to get a full body workout by donig the butts to eagles to donkeys sequential exercise. Do three of each of the following, one right after the other with no breaks until you can't keep going. Butt kickers start in plank position. Lift your butt just a bit, then rapidly kick your heels to your butt. Spread eagles have the same starting position. Now jump your feet off the ground and spread them apart while in the air, bringing them back together as you land. Donkey kicks also have the same starting position. Jump your feet off the ground and kick them away from you and upward.
