What would you suggest doing that would build up massive calluses like you have? I bet you can hit hard with those.

I am taking a guess but-not just hitting objects like karateka do(makuwari boards), also doing pushups on that same area of the hand which he showed would work also. I do a range of different pushups included one handed ones and you develop calluses on the area you use, especially where the weight is being supported. Just a natural adaptation of the body.
