Do an inner thigh squeeze with an exercise ball

The inner thigh squeeze is an easy way to target the inner thighs. A movement toward the center of the body is known as "adduction." This exercise is done from a seated position. Here is how it's done:

First, position yourself on the edge of any seat. Place the ball between the thighs around the knee area. Then squeeze the legs inward toward one another. Hold the squeeze for a few seconds before releasing the tension. Do not rush the exercise.

Step 1
Place the ball between the knees.

Step 2
Apply pressure to the ball by squeezing the legs together. Hold the position for a few seconds.

Step 3
Repeat the movement.
