Do an in flight fitness workout

Chris Cooke demonstrates how to do an in flight fitness workout with five different exercises. An example would be an exercise where you raise both of your hands as far as you can. With one hand, you grasp the elbow of the opposite arm and gently pull to one side for 15 seconds. Keeping yourself active during a long haul flight not only gives your body some much needed movement but also helps to lower your risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
