Learn how to do a Wushu style roundoff moonsault with this tutorial video. For those who don't know the difference between moonsault and backflip layout: A layout is when you keep your entire body straight (like a stick) and a moonsault is when you hollow your back in the air. Moonsaults are done in Wushu, Capoeira, XMA etc. Gymnasts don't like moonsaults, because it's hard to gain height when you throw your head back and hollow your back. In gymnastics it's actually considered bad technique. However, it looks cool, so people practice it. Performed by Song Long Yong from the Song Jiang Wushu School China - Coach: Wang Guang Ming
