Do a pull to pivot to takedown exercise

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body workout with a pull to pivot to takedown exercise. To perform this exercise, stand in staggered stance with one foot in front while holding the medicine ball at your chest with both hands. Forcefully push the ball out in front and pull it back. As you pull it back to your chest, pivot 180 degrees (turning to the side of your back foot). Fold your other leg underneath you while lowering your butt to the ground. Then roll back while lifting your feet and legs into the air and touch the medicine ball to the ground high above your head. Now rock back up to your feet, pivot back to starting position, and repeat. Do this ten to twenty times, then switch feet and repeat in the opposite direction.
