Do a full body workout with the inchworm

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body workout with the inchworm. To perform this exercise, start in a plank position. Then move your hands a bit more forward. Scoot feet up to hands with tippy-toe steps while keeping your legs straight and hips rising upward. Then walk hands out and have the feet catch up again. This exercise moves slow, don't rush it.
