Do a full body workout with down and outs

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how use down and outs for a full body workout. To perform this exericse, stand tall with your feet together. Then squat down and bend at the waist while bringing your hands down to the feet. Walk your hands out front until you are in a plank position. Do one pushup, walk your hands back to your feet, and stand up.
