Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body exercise with medicine ball spiral slams. To perform this exercise, start in a forward facing staggered stance. The medicine ball should be on the ground in front of you. Squat down, pick up the ball and swing it out by the hip of the back leg over the same shoulder and slam it to the ground in front of you. Step forward with your back foot, pick up the ball to swing it out by the other hip, up and over the shoulder and slam it. Continue this pattern of walking and slamming the medicine ball for a good long distance of about fifty to a hundred yards. If you need a break, stop and jog in place. Take deep breaths until you are ready to continue.
