Do a full body exercise with high low touches

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body exerise with high low touches. This following exercise can be done using a pole, a post, a fence, suspended rope, straps, cables, or even at home using the door knob of an open door. To perform this exercise, stand facing the pole and grab the post with one hand anywhere from waist to chest level. Step with your feet forward straddling the post. The farther forward your feet are, the more difficult the exercise. Bend at the knees, lean backward, and touch the ground behind you or reach toward the ground with your free hand. Now pull with your hand on the post and push with your legs to return to standing. Reach and touch as high on the post as you can. Make sure your abs are engaged throughout the entire move. After a bunch of reps, switch your hands and go again.
