In this lesson you will learn how to do a flashout kick in extreme martial arts.

A Flashkick is a backflip where you split the legs in the air. There are two variations of the flashkick.
a) Tucked and from a standing position.
b) Straight like a layout from a roundoff or after a b-handspring.
In this lesson you will learn the flashkick variation (b.)
Before you try this flip, you should be able to do a small flashkick (from a standing position)

Trainer advice: Flashkick Layout - Extreme Martial Arts

* For the technical training of the flashkick layout I suggest you simulate the roundoff with a trampoline, or jump into water from a springboard.
* Learn the small flashkick before you try this variation.
