Well. First off, this isn't a great display of Marine aptitude. The Lieutenant's bearing is okay (indeed, his posture could be better), but his troops' bearing aren't. Except for the sargent (or sergeant), there isn't an esprit de corps evident in the troops, let alone that matches the lieutenant's. Their lack of bearing is further seen in their lack of attention to form, particularly in push-ups early in the session. As well, their physical ability isn't up to par, as shown in the 'group push-up' exercise. It's like log drills, folks. Even the sargent is having trouble - or, rather, draggin his ass - in push-ups only a few minutes into the session. (And what's old boy in the right corner there doin with his shirt untucked. What the #$%@ is that?) Essentially, these troops aren't ready for this training.

Following that, I would recommend hindu push-ups instead of regular 'ole push-ups, though the group push-up is a neat idea. And why is he calling himself a lieutenant but the caption says he's a captain. Anyways, I'll quit there, cos this training session is ridiculous. The limb hardening is a good idea, but overall the program is lackluster and not portrayed with the intensity and fervor it should.
