Anyone who knows anything about martial arts should be able to plainly see you know what you're doing. Keep it up. You should have your own video series or television series. I'd love to produce it! God bless.

My experience more then anything comes from bar room brawls so I am not a martial arts expert, however what I do know I know from experience and the palm strike has been "Magic" for me when I needed it!! The palm strike under the chin or to the side of the head (temple) is one thing that I have kept from my minimal experience with martial arts because for me it has repeatably proven to be simple and effective. In my humble opinion these 2 palm strikes have been much more useful to me then punching especially in the early moments of a street fight. For me they do a better job at causing a loss of balance then punches do. The single well delivered palm strike under the chin has ended allot of the fights I have been in before they got going and almost always left the other guy sitting or laying on the ground. I have been in and seen my fare share of street fights and Very Very few end with the delivery of a "First Punch-One Punch Total Knockout" In fact in the early moments of most fights I generally see allot of punches thrown with little effect. In comparison I have used both these strikes to put opponents larger then me on there ass with the first hit! not necessarily totally knocked out but ON THE GROUND and dazed. knockout or not in my opinion a single strike that has this great a probability of grounding your opponent is a serious advantage to any fighter.
