Watch this video to learn how to field strip a Mossberg 500 shotgun and then reassemble it. The disassembly is easy for these weapons and not that tricky to put back together. First, make sure the shotgun is unloaded. Absolutely no rounds is in the chamber. Then, take the barrel off. Next, take apart the receiver, the trigger housing and everything else you want. After all of that, put the Mossberg back together. It's just too bad you can't attached a bayonet on this shotgun, eh?
