Ever wondered how to fight, how to defend yourself, or how to simply be bad ass? Well, this video tutorial from Fight Tips will get you on your way to streetfighting, protecting yourself, improving your speed and endurance, and everything else involved in being a great fighter.

If someone hits you when your not ready, it is hard to defend it. You have to always be alert, in any situation possible for a fight. If you get 'stole' or 'snuck,' here is a good way to defend yourself and keep fighting.

Buffalo style defense is when you block with your head and rush in. This is your best bet, if you can't get your hands up in time.

If a bully in school sneak attacks you or cheap shots you, learn how to keep fighting and win, with this fist and street fight advice. Always avoid the fight at all costs though, but if you cant, do whatever you can to avoid serious injury.
