Deep fry twinkies

Ingredients

4 Twinkies

3 eggs beaten

1 cup all purpose flour for dredging

Vegetable oil for deep frying

Jam or jelly of your choice and powdered sugar for garnish

Directions

Get your vegetable oil to about 375 degrees

Dredge twinkie in the flour, then in the egg wash then back in the flour and fry for about 1 1/2 minutes

Slice and garnish with jam and powdered sugar
