this guy is really great... but even desktop support jobs suck. He makes a good point though, those are good jobs to do while you're learning to do something else.

I've been doing support jobs for 20 years. Trust me it all sucks in the end. I'm now managing the people that do these jobs, and still dealing with the customers still sucks.
