Deal with military-related post-traumatic stress

This how-to video demonstrates a program, entitled Battlemind, to help new veterans face the challenge of reintegrating into society. Battlemind is the soldier's inner strength to face fear and adversity in combat with courage. Battlemind focuses on building on your proven strengths and consists of two critical components: self-confidence and mental toughness. Returning soldiers cannot act the same way they did in combat when they return home, but with the Battlemind techniques explained in this video, military skills can be adapted to a regular and healthy civilian lifestyle. Watch this video self help tutorial and learn how to deal with military-related post-traumatic stress disorder, and the general re-introduction to life outside of war.
