Customize the Home Screen on the Apple iPhone 3G

Right out of the box, iPhone is incredibly easy to use. If you want to get the most out of every feature, you’ve come to the right place. This video tutorial straight from Apple will teach you how to customize the Home Screen on the Apple iPhone 3G. The iPhone redefines what a mobile phone can do.

Home Screen:

Home screens give you one-tap access to everything on iPhone — even when you’re on a call. Customize your Home screens with your favorite applications and websites.

Arrange apps any way you want:

Arrange the icons on your Home screen any way you want. Even move them to another Home screen. You can create up to 11 Home screens and browse them with a flick.

Go back to your Home screens:

Even if you’re in the middle of a call, you can get to any app easily by pressing the Home button. Press it once to get back to the last Home screen you were on. Press it again to get back to your main Home screen.

Add websites to your Home screens:

If you check the same websites every day, create web clips that let you access them directly from your Home screens with a single tap.
