Creating stone steps with recycled granite

This episode of Bob Vila uses recycled granite from the Danvers State Hospital to create some steps. The granite was cut into lengths of four feet using a wet saw equipped with a water attachment and diamond blade. The cut ends of the granite block are given a rough finish with a torch and chisel. Follow along and learn how to use old granite for your next step project. You may need some professional help on this one!
