Create multisession optical disks in Disk Utility

This software tutorial demonstrates how the Disk Utility application can be used to burn multisession optical media. If you need to create multisession optical disks, learn how you can use Disk Utility to get it done.

If you want to burn items to a disk in more than one session until the disc is full, use Disk Utility. This is called multisession burning. For more information, open Disk Utility (in the Utilities folder in the Applications folder), choose Help > Disk Utility Help, and search for “multisession.” — Finder Help > Burn Folder
