NO, water is NOT a fuel! Energy can be forced into water causing it to dissociate into H and O, but the amount of energy required to do that is MUCH more than the amount of energy that you get by later burning the Hydrogen. The Free Energy whacko's will try to convince you otherwise, but don't get suckered into buying their pseudoscience!
