How to create an email account in Outlook Express

If you have a website and use a cPanel webhost, you may not enjoy using webmail to check your email. In this tutorial, we're going to use Outlook Express to download our cPanel emails. Learn how to create an email account in Outlook Express.
There are several reasons you may want to use a third party email software to read and manage your emails. Firstly, you may want to read and reply to your emails offline. Or you may want to keep a local copy of your messages on your computer.
Although this tutorial uses Outlook Express, you can use any other email software - Eudora, Thunderbird etc. The steps will differ a bit but should be similar.
