For years I've wanted to make characters for a fighting game-Cant tell anybody what it is or someone might steal my ideas- Mugen is so cool and I could never do anything with it accept add on what characters and stages already exist. Your tutorial and Fighter Factory is just what I needed. Still confused though and wondering can I use something else besides PSP6 to create them? Here's my email let's link up and maybe we can work on some of my ideas together, I really need the help!
