the video quality is fine but the cooking instruction? I'm Puerto Rican and never in my life have I or any Puerto Rican I know made pernil like this. the idsh he made may be tasty but it is NOT the traditonal pernil

Tradition or not, I'm drooling. I usually put the pernil in a plastic bag
and let it sit in the sauce overnight. Nice vid.
