Ingredients for Mexican style eggs:
6 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
4 oz or 8 oz of canned diced green chilies
8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt or no salt at all

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F
Great served with refried beans with some added sour cream
Serve with hot sauce
