Convert AVCHD (mts) files into HD mpeg 2 in Premiere

For those who want to edit your mts files in programs that doesn´t support AVCHD yet (like Premiere Pro), Here's a way to do it without loosing quality.
In this tutorial the final file will be WMV HD @ 4000 kbps, of course you can set the final H.264 @ 4000 kbps. Hope this helps you getting awesome quality footage from your HG10.
