Clear and field strip a SIG Sauer P226 pistol

The SIG Sauer P226 is a full-sized, service type pistol chambered for the 9x19mm Parabellum, .40 S&W and .357 SIG. Its design is based on the venerable SIG Sauer P220.

Since it is apparent that some people (including some cops) don't know how to properly clear and field strip a Sig P226 pistol, it is recommended that you watch this video tutorial (you know who you are).

You will learn how to disassemble the SIG Sauer P226 firearm safely, but before that, you will learn how to properly clear the weapon.
