Get the HxD freeware hex editor and disk editor.

This is the HEX value you need: 0700000030960500
Search and replace by 0400000030960500 (That will set the number of gems to four)

Change the altered value back to 07 like shown at the end of the video - or hold shift key pressed while reloading the page.
