When you've got Cydia installed on your iPhone or iPod touch, so many things become customizable. One of these things is the text that displays all over the iPhone. The snooze button, slide to unlock button, and many more all have variable definitions in the springboard settings file. With Cydia, you can edit this file to customize the text to say or look how you please.
