You have to click on "download this video" and then click on "play". It does take over 3 minutes to download on my puter at work which is slow anyway.I plan to use this video is teaching nurse techs on catheter insertion. This is one of the best video tutorials around.

It did not play sound or picture.Wasted all that time waiting for it to show.Would have liked to have seen it as no one showed me how to change my catheter.

The video does take awhile to load, but it does work. It must be a plug-in issue with everyone who can't see it.
