probably a UV light. the UV helps the plants to grow although it is usually very expensive to run unless you can bypass the mains

people spend so much money on grow rooms, when in the end, most of the better growers revert back to their original cheap set up.

His lighting set up seems to be simple fluorescent bulbs.
It's best to find a High pressure sodium bulb (HPS) no lower than 350-400watts.

Although it seems that you may be overwatering your plants, I can't judge that by not knowing how consistently you water it.

But, your plants are looking well!

plant was budding, then went sad so got a HPS 600 watt light. Started to pick back up but its growing more leaves then buds.....can anyone tell me why?????
