How to build a table saw crosscut and miter sled

This so-called Super Sled combines two of the best workshop jigs. The Super Sled includes a T-track for adjustable stop blocks and also uses a flip stop, so you can keep the stop in the same place, but flip it up out of the way to make other cuts in between.

A stop block on your crosscut sled can improve accuracy for repeatable cuts. The third video shows how to make the stop block for the Super Sled, and also compares a commercial flip stop to the shop made version.

A commercial tenon can jig can cost a lot of money. The fourth video will show you how to build a tenon jig that has all the features of a commercial tenoning jig. You can build this shop made tenon jig with basic skills and materials that you may have leftover from other projects.
