How to build a cheap and easy spud gun

Make a spud gun! Yes, we're talking about potatoes launchers here, and this video will show you how to build a cheap and easy spud gun, otherwise known as the spud cannon, potato cannon, potato launcher, spud launcher, potato gun, etc. etc.

To make this spud cannon, you'll need a plastic soda bottle, PVC pipe, a pop-top-style lid (like from dish detergent) for the bottle, duct tape, a box of matches, methylated spirits and a small spray bottle. Once built, it's time to fire it, but you don't really have to use potatoes, you could use nuts or rocks or something.
