This multi-part video series from MonkeySee will demonstrate how to learn basic beatbox techniques, including snare, scratch, bass and techno beats. Andrew Gutterson, from Beatboxer Entertainment will be teaching you how to beatbox. He will be teaching you some very basic beats. The first beat will be a bass beat which sounds like this. He will be teaching you inward and outward snares which sound like this. Then he will be teaching you different bass beats such as Throat Bass.

He will be teaching you the Techno Bass beat & different scratches, the chewy scratch and vocal scratch. He's going to teach you the hi-hat which sounds, the closed hi-hat and the open hi-hat. At the end of the series he'll show how they all come together to make a beat. To beatbox you need a mouth, a glass a water and creativity.

Andrew has beatboxed with the well known beatboxer, the godfather, Rahzel.
