I found a way to beat Isabella without getting hurt. Quickly find your way to the shop where they have the kitanas and dispose of any zombies inside. Equip a kitana and then dispose of any zombies outside of the immediate area of the shops doorway.
When you are inside the shop Isabella will drive away until you come out. Grab a kitana (or a few) and then step just outside the doorway. She will return using the ramp next to the scaffolding in the center of the area. When you see her coming down the ramp quickly step back inside the shops doorway. For some reason she will become stuck and drive around in circles in one spot. Take this oppurtunity to attack her by throwing a kitana at her from inside the doorway. Be sure to aim just above her head. After being hit, Isabella will drive away again until you come out. If any zombies approach, kill them and repeat the process until you beat Isabella. Guns and other projectiles will work, but you can replenish the kitanas and hunting knives from inside the shop and save your other weapons for later.
