You will need a practice partner, fresh breath, and lots of moves. Tip: keep it wet, but not a wash out. Nobody likes to be slobbered on. calorie loss varies depending on body weight, diet and muscle mass. Big fat people may loss more than 6.5 calories per min kissing... that's equal to riding a bike at 10mph for a minute.... this will be a new diet plan soon.
