Back up Cydia & jailbroken apps on iPhone & iPod Touch

This is a video tutorial on how to back up your Cydia and Jailbroken apps. You will need to download and install AptBackup from Cydia.

Open Aptbackup, tap the backup button
Open iTunes and sync your iPhone/iPod Touch
It's that simple; now the next time you restore or update firmware you have your cydia apps backed up in iTunes.

Now only restore using Aptbackup if you need to.

If you restored, then you will need to jailbreak again, and download and install Aptbackup.

Now open Aptbackup and just hit the restore button. This will take several minutes and a reboot will follow.

Now you have all your jailbroken apps back on your iPhone, you can go ahead and sync itunes to get your regular apps back.
