Be patient! Get experience under your belt before you start your own business. Best to have experience working for a good management team. Have great mentors. You have to experience good times and bad times -learn to manage growth and success as well as how to deal with and anticipate the bad times. Jeff says that the majority of successful businesses have had experience which has helped them.
