Add and preview transitions in Windows Movie Maker

In the effects option in Windows Movie Maker, there are transitions you can add to a movie project. Selecting the icons and pressing play in the preview window will show a sample of what the transition will look like. Transitions will affect how your audience perceives your movie, so the effort of adding them is well worth it.
