This just explains what you need to do in order to unlock all armor pieces for Halo 3.
Step 1
Beat Campaign mode on Legendary.
Step 2
Unlock the achievement "Up Close And Personal" Get 5 Beat Downs in Ranked Lone Wolves.
Step 3
Unlock the achievement "Too Close To The Sun" Use Spartan Laser on a Banshee in Campaign mode or Ranked Lone Wolves.
Step 4
Unlock the achievement "Triple Kill" Get a Triple Kill in Ranked Lone Wolves.
Step 5
Unlock the achievement "We're in for some chop" Destroy an enemy vehicle with equipment in a Ranked Lone Wolves.
Step 6
Unlock the achievement "Overkill" Get 4 kills in between a 4 second period of each kill in Ranked Lone Wolves.
Step 7
Unlock the achievement "Killing Frenzy" Get 10 kills without dying in a Ranked Lone Wolves match.
Step 8
Unlock the achievement "Used Cars Salesmen" Destroy a vehicle with 3 enemies in either Campaign or Ranked Lone Wolves Match.
Step 9
Unlock the achievement "UNSC Spartan" Reach Sergeant Rank.
Step 10
Unlock the achievement "Spartan Officer" Advance to Spartan Officer Rank online.
Step 11
Unlock the achievement "Spartan Graduate" Earn 5 EXP or complete 10 Ranked matches.
Step 12
Unlock the achievement "Steppin Razor" Get a triple kill with the Energy Sword.
Step 13
Earn 750 Gamerscore Points.
Step 14
Earn 1,000 Gamerscore Points from Halo (Ninja Gaiden Sword)
Step 15
Collect all skulls (Hayabusa Armour)
Tips
- The last Silver Skull can be found in the Campaign level Covenant and in order to obtain it, you must go through the Halo rings at the end of the level in a certain order and you must kill all the Flood before doing so.
- The first ring is at the entrance of the level and the 7th ring is at the end by The Prophet of Truth.
- This is the order: 4 6 5 4 5 3 4 (has been confirmed)Be sure you are going through the right ring and that you get through it; it can be quite difficult and time-consuming, so try it in co-op if possible.
- After jumping through them in this sequence, you will be awarded the “I Would Have Been Your Daddy Skull”. It will be right next to the bridge that brings you over to the Prophet of Truth.
- For the IWHBYD skull remember to finish the level or you won't recieve it. That is the only skull you must finish the level for.
- Remember to always start from the beginning of a level when getting a skull or it won't be there.
- Remember, you must be on at least the Normal difficulty and you do not have to finish the level to get the skull, you just have to grab it.
Warnings
- Make sure to be playing on the Normal difficulty or higher when getting skulls
- You can get the IWHBYD skull at any time
- Remember to select mission start at the beginning of each level to get the skulls, they won't spawn if you start at rally point alpha or others.
