Here is a great tip for all of you Tex-Mex lovers out there who just haven’t figured out how to roll or “fold” your burrito. To start off with a burrito is usually filled with at least some type of cooked and seasoned meat. Then you can add beans, and/or shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, and/or shredded cheese and/or any combination of stuff that you like.
Just don’t over fill the burrito. This is where most people have the biggest problems with rolling their burrito.
Step 1
Get started. Of course you have already made your meat, beans, shredded the lettuce and cheese, diced the tomatoes and prepared your sauce of choice, right.
Step 2

Lay the 10 or 12 inch flour tortilla out on your serving plate, place a heaping 2 tablespoon's worth of beans right in the middle.
Step 3

Place about 2 heaping tablespoons of your meat on next.
Step 4

Sprinkle on some additional stuff I used some shredded lettuce and diced tomato.
Step 5

Fold the tortilla in half.
Step 6

Fold over the ends.
Step 7

While holding the ends of the burrito roll or flip the burrito over and Viola!
Step 8

Now top with your favorite sauce, some shredded cheese. You can finish it by melting the cheese in an oven or microwave.
Step 9
Serve with a side of refried beans and Spanish rice and you have a meal fit for a Rey. (King in Spanish)
Tips
- Just don’t over fill the burrito. This is where most people have the biggest problems with rolling their burrito. There is a finite amount of space inside your tortilla, this is just a fact. Once you can wrap your brain around that you will have a successful burrito rolling experience.
Warnings
- just like the waitress tells you at the restaurant, "The plate is HOT!" So be careful.
