So you or someone you know is head over heels for spongebob stuff? That stuff can get pricey. Here's an inexpensive way to make a wonderful decorative Spongebob who can sit on the shelf of the Spongebob lover in your life.

Step 1  

Gather your supplies.*

 

Step 2  

Put a few stones in the cereal box for weight.

Step 3  

Tape the top of the box closed

Step 4  

Draw two circles at the top of a piece of paper for eyes.

Step 5  

Then draw a nose and mouth.

Step 6  

You can color his pants or glue on construction paper

Step 7  

Color three sheets of paper yellow including the one you just drew the face on.

Step 8  

Glue the face and back on.

 

Step 9  

Cut the third sheet in half and glue to the sides.

Step 10  

Draw and cut out his arms and legs

Step 11  

Put glue only on the tips of arms and legs

Step 12  

Glue to the box

 

Tips

  • Get Creative. Add a silly outfit or anything you like.
  • Leave the top open and it's a Spongebob Magazine or Book holder. 
  • You could also fill the top with candy and use it as a pinata.

Warnings

  • Work slowly. Otherwise you might end up with a sloppy looking Spongebob.
  • Be careful with scissors.

  • Computer Paper or Construction Paper
  • Crayons, colored pencil's or paint.
  • Tape
  • Glue
  • Small stones or rocks
  • Scissors
