This is a very cool paper rocket that is suitable for launching with an air pressurized launcher only.

Step 1

Take a piece of paper and fold it into a cylinder (this will be your rocket's body).

Step 2

Get another sheet and fold one corner (on the top of the page) to the opposite side of the page and then unfold it.

Step 3

Do the same for the other corner.

Step 4

Find something to trace a circle with on the bottom corner of the page.

Step 5

Cut out the circle.

Step 6

Make one cut half way down the circle.

Step 7

Twist the circle in so it forms a cone shape.

Step 8

Make the cone so it will just fit on the top of your rocket's body.

Step 9

Neatly tape the cone on the size you have chosen.

Step 10

Tape the cone to the top (where the hole is ) of your rockets body. It should look.

Step 11

Look at those old creases you made on the paper. Pull the middle (in between the creases) of the paper in, and push it down so the paper looks like a house.

Step 12

Fold the tip of the top of the paper down. Don't go as far as to the line of the roof-like looking area on your paper.

Step 13

Cut off the tip at the new crease you made.

Step 14

Unfold the part you just cut off. It should look like a diamond when you turn it the right way.

Step 15

Cut the different into four triangles (they should all be the exact same size).

Step 16

Fold a small amount of one of the small sides of each triangle up. Then make a small cut up to the crease you just made on the same side. Then fold the second pannel you just made in the opposite direction.

Step 17

Tape the triangles (using the little panels you just made) to the bottom side of your rocket's body (these are your rockets fins). Yippy!:

Step 18

Enjoy your rocket!

Tips

  • Make all of your tapings air-tight.
  • Make the body of your rocket the size of your air launcher.
  • Construction paper is best.
  • Have fun!!!

Warnings
