Another sure-fire way to create chaos. This time, you only need household ingredients, which you should already own. If you don't, you can buy each item for as low as $2.

Step 1

Cut a tiny hole in a tennis ball.

Step 2

Cut open the party poppers and pour out their contents into a dissected tennis ball. Pour the flour in, and mix them slightly.

Step 3

Spread the plastic wrap out flat, in two separate containers.

Step 4

Pour vinegar into one, and sodium bicarbonate(baking powder) into the other.Wrap up the plastic wrap into two tight ball.Optional: Insert a string into the tennis ball.

Step 5

Put the plastic wrap balls into the tennis ball, and close it up.

Step 6

Light the string, and throw the ball at, or near someone. The powder (gunpowder) will explode, sending the flour upwards. This is the smoke. The plastic wrap will also explode, causing the contents to react and dissolve.

Tips

  • Run. As fast as you can.
  • Wear a hood, so you won't be discovered.
  • Throw the ball as soon as you light the fuse, as it will explode soon.
  • Have fun, but don't go overboard.
  • Make sure no one is looking.
  • If someone looks at you strangely while you're running, start to walk casually.
  • Hook it up to an alarm clock and leave it in your brothers room

Warnings

  • "Poppers" are fireworks and may be illegal in some places.
  • Gunpowder is EXPLOSIVE and can be extremely dangerous in large quantities. Make sure to "ground" yourself to avoid static sparks and never, never smoke when handling the stuff.

Things You'll Need

  • About a cup of flour
  • Tennis Ball
  • Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda)
  • Vinegar
  • Party Poppers(approx. 3)
  • Plastic food wrap(Gladwrap etc.)
  • String
  • Matches
  • A knife
