This is how to make a simple crossbow out of a few Bic pens.

Step 1

Take 3 of your pens and take off until you have a hollow white plastic tube but DON'T throw away the ink cartridges, that is your ammo. Leave the other 2 with just the caps taken off.

Step 2

Take two of the plain tubes and tape them together so that they are paralel to each other. Leave about a half inch of space on each end to slide the rubber band in later and leave the third hollow one for the barrel.

Step 3

Pick up the other two and do the same thing but make sure the points are facing the SAME direction.

Step 4

Take the two hollow ones and place them perpendicular to the pointy ones directilly behind the blue, red, or black collar and securely tape on.

Step 5

Place your new cross and so flat so that the hollow pens are underneath the pointy pens and place your barrel on top and in middle of the pointy pens so that the tip of the pens are underneath the middle of your barrel, tape securrely.

Step 6

Pick up one rubber band and slide it underneath the hollow pens perpendicular to the barrel.

Step 7

Take the second rubber band and make a larks head knot around the center top of the first rubber band and your ready to go!
