Xbox Live is required to download demos, watch netflix, and play with other people around the world! Don't know how to hook it up? This will help!

Step 1

Have a subscription of Xbox live, it can be from 8 dollars to 50 dollars, this is required to play live with anyone.

Step 2

If your Xbox is not located near a router or modem, you would have to buy a wireless network adapter but it can be quite costly($99)

Step 3

If you Xbox is close to the router or modem, all you have to do is plug an ethernet cable in the modem/router, and the other side on the back of your Xbox or Xbox 360.

Step 4

Turn on the system and on the dashboard, try to create a Xbox Live account.

Step 5

There are 2 types of LIVE accounts. One is called SILVER which lets you download demos, chat with friends, download arcade games, download movies and Tv Shows but no muiltiplayer, the other one is called GOLD, which lets you have all the features of SILVER but also lets you play with other people around the world, read step 1 for price.

Tips

  • If the wireless network adapter is too much for you, there are articles on the web that shows you how to do it with your laptop.

Warnings

  • Don't use credit cards without parent's permission if you are a kid.
