How To Catch the 3 Regis in Pokemon Sapphire/Ruby Version

This is an article to show you how to catch the 3 Regis in Pokemon Sapphire/Ruby Version.

Step 1  

Go to Pacifidlog Town, use surf, then go right until you found a diving spot, dive into it, then go south until you found a braille, then read the brail, it says: dive up. After reading the braille use dive. Now you are in the Sealed Chamber. Walk to the end of the room in the middle facing the Braille, and use Dig, then a door will open. Having a Relicanth as the first Pokemon in your party and a Wailord as the last, press R while facing the Braille in the back of the room. There WILL be an earthquake if you did it right, then a box will tell you that three doors have opened.

Step 2  

Regice: Fly to Petalburg City and go west. Use Surf, and go southwest until you get to an island. Go across it and go north from there and you will discover a cave. Go in the cave, then read the braille, it says: wait exactly 2 minutes in front of the braille and don't move at all. After waiting, the door will open. Go in and you will find Regice.

Step 3  

Registeel: Fly to Fortree City. Go east,then go south, then go west, next go south, then go east, then go south, then go north, then you will find a cave. Go in the cave, then read the braille, it says: go to the middle of the cave then use fly. After doing so, the door will open. Go in, then you will find Registeel.

Step 4  

Regirock: Go into the Desert above Mauville City, then look around for a cave. When you found the cave, go in it, then read the braille, it says: go 2 steps right, then 2 steps down, then use strength. After doing so, the door will open. Go in, then you will find Regirock.

Step 5  

Names of Caves:  

• Regice - Island Cave
• Regirock - Desert Ruins
• Registeel - Ancient Tomb

Tips

• To find a Regi-tomb, look for a larger rock surrounded by six small rocks in a circle.
• Get the 3 Regis before battling the Elite Four, it will help you a lot.
• Reduce the HP of Regice/Regirock/Registeel to red, then make it asleep/burned/confused/paralyzed/frozen/poisoned, so its going to be easy to catch it.
• Pokeball trick: When you throw the Pokeball hold A,B,and LEFT(on the direction pad). If it turns to the right then quickly put your finger on RIGHT(on the direction pad) then if it turns right again put your finger on LEFT(on the direction pad).
• If you have Pokemon Diamond/Pearl and you have beaten the Pokemon League, you can import the 3 Regis to Diamond or Pearl. Then go to the Snowpoint Temple, and at the bottom is a strong legendary pokemon called Regigigas. You need all 3 Regis in your party or it won't budge. Regigigas is level 70, so be prepared! (Dusk/Timer balls work best).

Warnings

• Do not use Master ball!
• Save before battling the 3 Regis!
• The 3 Regis are level 40, so watch out!

Things You'll Need

• Pokemon Called Relicanth and Wailord
• HM and TMs needed: Dig, Fly, Strength, Surf, Dive
• At least: Pokeballs x20, Ultra balls x20, Timer balls x10
• Pokemon that have the power/move that can make opponent asleep, burned, confused, paralyzed, frozen, poisoned, etc.
• At least 1 Pokemon that have a level higher then 40!
• A Gameboy/ A DS
